One Account Per Player

1 General Terms & Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and k09 ("k09", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://k09.bio. Governing Law

Entire Agreement

2 Age Restriction & Eligibility
By registering an account on k09, you expressly warrant and represent that:
- You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- You are a natural person and not registering on behalf of a corporate entity.
- You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or nominee for any third party.
- You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.

- You are not a k09 employee, contractor, officer, director, or an immediate family member of any of the foregoing.
k09 employs age verification procedures at the point of registration and at key account milestones including first withdrawal and bonus claim. If k09 has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under the age of 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending verification. k09 will cooperate with parents and guardians who report suspected underage access and will take all reasonable steps to prevent minors from gambling on the platform.
Geographic Eligibility

Players accessing k09 from outside Bangladesh do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws. k09 may restrict or terminate access from certain jurisdictions at its sole discretion without prior notice.
3 Account Registration & Verification
To access the full range of k09 services, including deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and live betting markets, you must register a personal account. Registration is free and requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to update your account information promptly if any of it changes.
Registration Requirements
During registration, you will be required to provide:
- A valid, unique mobile phone number registered in your name in Bangladesh.

One Account Policy
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on k09. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or different mobile numbers — is a material breach of this Agreement. k09 uses device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment method matching to detect duplicate accounts. All duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances or bonus funds held in them will be voided without compensation.
Identity Verification (KYC)
k09 may request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:
- National ID card (NID) or passport.
- Proof of mobile number ownership (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account confirmation).
- Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement issued within the last 90 days).
Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by k09 support will result in account suspension until verification is completed. k09 will never use KYC documents for any purpose other than identity verification and fraud prevention, as detailed in the Privacy Policy.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. k09 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify k09 support immediately at [email protected]. k09 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain the security of their credentials.
4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All financial transactions on k09 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). k09 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
Deposit Rules
- Minimum single deposit: ৳200.
- Deposits are credited to your k09 account balance in real time upon confirmed receipt from the payment provider.
- k09 does not charge a deposit fee. However, your mobile financial service provider (e.g., bKash or Nagad) may apply its own transaction charges.
- You may only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person or using a third-party payment account is strictly prohibited.
- k09 reserves the right to reverse any deposit suspected of originating from fraudulent activity, a stolen payment instrument, or a third-party account.
Withdrawal Rules
- Minimum single withdrawal: ৳500.
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to verification.
- Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours of submission. Actual receipt of funds depends on the processing time of the payment provider.
- k09 may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts exceeding designated thresholds.
- Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (detailed in Section 5) before they may be withdrawn.
- k09 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
Anti-Money Laundering
k09 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. k09 will not process withdrawals to payment accounts different from those used for deposits without satisfactory identity verification. Any pattern of deposits followed by withdrawals without significant gambling activity may be flagged for AML review. k09 will cooperate fully with any lawful request from authorities in connection with financial crime investigations.
5 Bonuses & Promotions
k09 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out below, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Welcome Bonus
New players who register their first k09 account and make a qualifying first deposit are eligible for a 100% welcome bonus up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is credited to the player's bonus wallet upon deposit confirmation and is subject to the wagering requirements described below.
General Bonus Conditions
- Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
- Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per promotion) before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using k09, you agree to use the platform lawfully, honestly, and in good faith. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balances:
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
- Registering more than one account on k09 under any name or identity.
- Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to disguise your geographic location or to circumvent regional access restrictions.
- Depositing funds originating from criminal activity or using stolen payment instruments.
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with k09's platform in a manner not intended for human players.
- Exploiting software errors, bugs, or technical glitches for financial gain. Any winnings obtained in this manner will be voided and the relevant amounts reclaimed from the account balance.
- Engaging in any form of match-fixing, event manipulation, or insider-information betting on any sport or event offered on k09.
- Abusing k09 staff or support agents through threatening, offensive, or discriminatory language via any communication channel.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security or integrity of k09's platform, servers, or databases.
k09 reserves the right to take legal action against players engaged in fraudulent, criminal, or severely abusive conduct and to report such activity to relevant authorities.
7 Account Suspension & Closure
Voluntary Closure
You may request the closure of your k09 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, k09 will process the closure within 5 business days. Any verified, cleared real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal verification. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.
Self-Exclusion
Players who wish to exclude themselves from k09 for responsible gaming reasons may request a temporary suspension (minimum 30 days) or a permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within one hour of confirmation. Once a self-exclusion is active, k09 will not process any re-activation requests until the exclusion period has fully elapsed. Closure by k09
k09 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or suspected money laundering.
- Providing false registration information.
- Underage gambling or failure to complete identity verification.
- Extended inactivity (accounts dormant for 12 or more consecutive months without a login, deposit, or wager may be classified as inactive).
Where an account is closed by k09 due to a verified breach, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where no breach is substantiated, cleared real-money balances will be returned to the player's registered payment method.
Inactive Accounts
An account is considered inactive if there has been no login, deposit, or wagering activity for a continuous period of 12 months. k09 will send a notification to the registered contact information before applying any inactive account policy. Inactive accounts may be subject to a monthly administrative fee of ৳100 deducted from the remaining balance until the balance reaches zero or the player reactivates the account by logging in.
8 Limitation of Liability
k09 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While k09 makes every reasonable effort to ensure the platform operates without interruption, k09 does not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from technical defects. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may temporarily restrict access to some or all platform features.
Scope of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, k09 shall not be liable for any:
- Loss of profits, revenue, business, or anticipated savings.
- Loss of data or corruption of data arising from platform use.
- Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.
- Losses arising from the failure, delay, or interruption of third-party payment services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, banking partners).
- Losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable steps to secure their credentials.
- Any outcome of a wager placed during a period of acknowledged technical malfunction affecting the relevant market or game.
Void Bets
k09 reserves the right to void any bet or wager that was placed:
- Due to a manifest pricing error or an obvious technical mistake in the published odds or game parameters.
- On an event or market that was suspended or cancelled before settlement.
- Using funds obtained through fraudulent activity or bonus abuse.
- By a player whose account was under review, suspended, or subject to access restrictions at the time the wager was placed.
Intellectual Property
All content on the k09 platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, text, and data — is the intellectual property of k09 or its licensed partners (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi). You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any k09 content without prior written consent.
